Owner/Principal Dentist
Using the latest technologies, perfectionist-driven Dr Malde delivers quality dental treatment in a warm, personal and calming manner. Building long-lasting relationships with his patients based on trust, compassion, education and honest conversations is at the heart of the dentistry he provides. Dr Malde is passionate about helping his patients achieve and maintain a healthy, functional, and beautiful smile.
Quite simply, he loves what he does and cares deeply about his patients and the modern dentistry that he provides.
When Dr. Malde isn’t seeing patients, he loves spending time with his wife and three young children. Since the arrival of his third child, Dr. Malde has been putting on his baker’s hat, whipping up cupcakes and other sweet treats to the delight of his children!
Always conscious of good health and well-being, he keeps those added calories off by hitting the courts with a game of squash, a pursuit that stems from his champion younger years!
Other pursuits outside of dentistry include watching English football, snow skiing and drinking the occasional fine gin.

Dr Armando Menezes, BDSc (UWA)
Associate Dentist
Armando graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1987 and has spent nearly four decades building a career grounded in trust, patience, and genuine care. He believes good dentistry should never feel rushed, and takes the time to thoroughly explain each patient's oral health, walk through their treatment options, and make sure they leave feeling informed and looked after. Those long-term relationships with his patients are something he values deeply.
His path to dentistry started early. A natural with his hands from childhood, Armando grew up sculpting and painting, and carried that love of precision and craft into adulthood. A positive first experience in the dental chair as a kid did the rest, and the direction was set.
After graduating, Armando served as a Dental Officer with the Royal Australian Air Force and worked in private practice across several states before returning to Western Australia in 1999, joining what was then known as the Forum Dental Centre Belmont.
Outside of work, Armando stays busy with fishing, boating, hiking and travelling. He has been training at the gym for 40 years and has five bodybuilding competition wins under his belt. Most evenings though, his favourite place is the kitchen, cooking dinner for his family.
Rebecca Manley
Practice Manager
With a dental career spanning almost two decades, Bec brings an unmatched depth of experience to our practice. She first stepped into the dental world at just 18 years of age as a clinical dental assistant, giving her a foundational understanding of dental procedures, work flows and patient care.
Driven to expand her skill set, she later studied business and finance, successfully launching and managing her own business retailing and teaching creative fine paper arts including calligraphy.
After a five-year career break to focus on raising her family, Bec transitioned back into dental administration in 2016. Her unique blend of clinical knowledge, business acumen and passion for patient care paved her way to Ageless Smiles Dental Centre in 2018 as practice manager. Today, she excels at professionally overseeing a well organised clinic and cares immensely about supporting the team in delivering an exceptional experience for every patient.
Outside the practice, Bec keeps busy caring for her family and home. She enjoys shaking out an espresso martini on the weekend and loves having long phone chats with her son Jacob, currently living in Melbourne.
Our History
Our Practice Timeline
1989
Ageless Smiles Dental Centre is proud of its history, which spans more than 30 years of trusted dental care for generations of patients living in Belmont and beyond. Originally named Forum Dental Centre Belmont and founded in 1989 by Rosemarie Menezes, the practice was originally a much smaller clinic located next door to our current rooms.
1999
Ten years later, in 1999, younger brother, Dr Armando Menezes, purchased the practice from his sister. Together with his practice manager wife, Sam, the couple took great pride in building a practice with a reputation for both exceptional dental treatment and service. Armando has always deeply valued the patient relationships he has formed over the years, and it is evident our patients equally value the trusted relationships they share with him by the high number of referrals received every week!
In 2001, Armando purchased the much larger unit next door, which is our current rooms, giving him the opportunity to expand and make improvements to both the facilities and equipment. After 17 years of practice ownership, due to other professional and personal pursuits, Armando decided to sell the practice.
2016
New owners Dr Rooshab and Dr Rakhee Malde purchased Forum Dental Centre Belmont in 2016. Unlike many business sales, Armando continues to deliver dentistry alongside Rooshab and Rakhee, creating a trio of highly skilled, caring and passionate clinicians all within the one practice!
Renovations and technological upgrades to administration and clinical equipment have been progressively carried out in recent years, enabling the delivery of quicker and more accurate diagnoses, finer restorations and a more comfortable treatment experience for all our patients.
2019
In 2019, the practice underwent a name change, formally becoming Ageless Smiles Dental Centre on 8th October. Today, our experienced team is focused on ensuring you receive nothing less than the best dental treatment and service available in Perth! Whether it is your first visit or you are one of our treasured existing patients, we look forward to seeing you.
